I suggest a pinstriped jacket (navy, maybe?) and skirt (close to knee length) combo with a crisp white button up beneath. Perhaps 2-3 inches of cleavage, sensible navy pumps, a demure up-do for her hair, French Manicure, American style, and very light make up and an innocent, pouty facial expression. Hehe.
