Polio. A disease we have been preventing in our country since 1963 is runnning rampant in Africa.

We are the most powerful nation on the Earth.

It is time to act.

Or it could be time for France/Germany to step up and do something constructive. I'm not holding my breath though.

True, but I think we have the food production capacity more than they do. I mean we pay ouw farmers not to grow things. Also, disaster relief is something were good at.
